I had Dave quote for a job that others had turned down, it was a fiddly job boarding out a low ceiling crawl space to use for storage in the roof eaves. I received a quote with the prices broken down in detail. Dave answered all my questions and tweaked the quote to suit what I wanted specifically. On the day, he was bang on time and he worked really hard, ALL DAY. The job was completed to a fantastic standard and he cleaned up everything afterwards. Not only that, but he was able to return some of the materials because he didn't need them. He passed that saving onto me and my final invoice was lower than the original. I couldn't believe it!
